Should you wish to cancel your order you can do so up to 7 days after the delivery date. Please inform us in writing via email (email@example.com) and we will be happy to refund or exchange the goods. We do not accept part order returns. If you wish to return goods within the 7 day timeframe they must be received in ‘as new’ condition and you must return them at your own expense.
We will provide you with a confirmation of return number and return address via email which must accompany the goods back to us with your choice of courier. You must ensure that the goods are adequately repackaged to protect against damages. If goods return damaged you will be charged accordingly. Please note orders must be returned to our dispatch office in Northern Ireland.
If you cancel before goods have been dispatched we will refund you the full invoice within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase.
